On your portal your client uploads the document, answers your intake questions, passes the identity pre-check you require, books a slot in your hours and pays your price. Multi-party signing runs the same way: signer, approver and observer roles, one-time codes, decline-with-reason, expiry, password-protected links.
The job lands in your work queue with a checklist of what is already done. Run the act on camera or in person, then seal: signature cards, a Certificate of Completion page, your seal and stamp widgets, a QR. The journal entry writes itself.
The recipient drops the file on your verification page — it is fingerprinted in their own browser and checked against the public record. The verdict tells a certified copy from a genuine but pre-seal original.

How the record holds up
Each event on a document — registered, signed, sealed, revoked, retracted — is fingerprinted and signed, then appended to a record where every entry locks in the one before it.
The QR binds the document's fingerprint to that signature, so a phone with no network can still confirm who issued it. The head of the record and the public keys are published — a court, a registry or a counterparty can replay the chain years from now without calling your office.
